DCC Company warrants the machine for parts and details that are defective due to the materials manufactured or the manufacturer. Any defective part or part that can be proven to be caused by the material or manufacturer during the warranty period, Doosan (Authorized Dealer) will be responsible for repair or replacement free of charge including: damaged, defective parts and also labor costs (repair, replacement) related to the details related to the movement of the defective part. The normal warranty period is 12 months or 1,500 hours, whichever comes first, from the date of handing over the machine to the user.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations, even if they occur during the warranty period

1. In case of damage or breakdown caused by accident, improper use, negligent work (negligence) or natural disaster.

 

2. In case of damage or damage caused by the installation of additional auxiliary equipment and/or the use of non-genuine spare parts without the permission and approval of the Authorized Dealer (DI) to use for the purpose other than the functions, tasks of the machine or install spare parts without DI's consent while waiting for DI.

3. Altering, modifying or modifying equipment or any sub-assemblies/parts with another part without the consent/approval of an Authorized Doosan Dealer, at DI's discretion, it affects the performance, stability or design functionality of the assembly/part.

4. Small defects do not affect the stable operation and reliability of the equipment.

5. General maintenance services such as engine tune-up, grease, fuel, water and hydraulic system cleaning, brake inspection or adjustment or replacement of components such as: filters, oil grease, brake pads. These are considered routine maintenance services.
